LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO ENJOYS HELPING OTHERS and WHO WANTS TO ENSURE THE ONGOING EXISTENCE OF 
the 
Midwest Narcolepsy Support Group

(OR IT CAN BE TWO OR THREE PEOPLE WILLING TO SHARE THE RESPONSIBILITY!)

• Must be willing to commit to attending meetings once a month. 
• (The first Saturday each month, unless it is a holiday weekend - then it is the second Saturday)

Meetings are at the
NorthShore University HealthSystem’s 
Evanston Hospital
in
Evanston, IL.

Primary responsibilities: 

• attendance at the meeting
• Setting up the conference phone for participants who call in

Possible secondary responsibilities (do not necessarily need to be done by the same individual):

• Annual verification of room reservation 
• Updates to website 
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Coordinating annual picnic and holiday meetings
